The service

Roundup is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change it or stop it, and will give notice where we can.

Your content

You own your quizzes and everything you upload. You are responsible for having the right to use it, and for keeping it lawful. You give us permission to store and show it only to run the service for you.

Fair use

Don't use Roundup to break the law, to harass anyone, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
